We are seeking a strategic, self-driven, and innovative Product Managers to drive marketing excellence across high-potential brands in the Gynae, Cardio, Derma, and General Therapy segments. The role demands a strong understanding of therapeutic nuances, brand lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration with sales, medical, and supply chain teams to ensure impactful brand positioning and sustained growth.

 

Job Title: Assistant Product Manager / Product Manager / Senior Product Manager (Based on experience, brand portfolio handled, and interview evaluation)
Department: Product Management Team (PMT)
Location: Head Office, New Delhi
Therapy: Gynecology, Cardiology, Dermatology & General Therapy- Any
Qualification: B.Pharm / B.Sc. (Life Sciences) with MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
Experience: 7–8 years of relevant experience across Gynaecology, Cardiology, Dermatology, and/or General Therapy segments, preferably with top-tier pharmaceutical brands only.

 

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong foundation in core marketing principles — including the 4Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion), STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning), and brand lifecycle management
  • Demonstrated success in handling brands across Gynaecology, Cardiology, Dermatology, and/or General Therapy
  • Ability to conceptualize and implement effective brand communication strategies
  • Data-driven approach to market analysis, performance tracking, and competitor benchmarking
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Medical, Supply Chain, and Creative teams
  • Experience in new product launches, field coordination, and KOL engagement
  • Comfortable with planning and executing CME programs, doctor connect activities, and promotional campaigns
  • Strong verbal and written communication with good command over scientific and commercial messaging
  • Proficiency in preparing marketing collaterals, campaign calendars, and promotional plans
  • Willingness to travel for field visits, market research, and feedback integration
