Position Details

  • Job Title:      Assistant Manager / Manager (depending on interview performance, experience, and knowledge)
  • Department: Business Ethics & Compliance Office (BECO)
  • Experience:  4-6 years of relevant experience in Business Ethics and Compliance (BECO), preferably gained at reputed organizations or well-established brands.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent (mandatory) from a Tier A university or reputed institute.
                    Certification/Diploma: In Business Ethics or Compliance (preferred).

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Reporting Manager and Business Partners in executing the Ethics & Compliance Program, raising awareness, and fostering accountability for compliance across the organization.
  • Identify, analyze, and mitigate potential ethics and compliance risks.
  • Advise business units and management on compliance obligations, risks, investigations, and corrective actions, particularly involving interactions between employees and healthcare practitioners.
  • Participate in key business discussions to provide compliance oversight and guidance for mitigating healthcare compliance risks.
  • Stay current with applicable laws, regulations, enforcement actions, and best practices in pharmaceutical compliance; recommend program updates where appropriate.
  • Represent the organization and compliance function in relevant industry forums and associations.
  • Training: Develop and deliver engaging compliance training programs (online and classroom), including content creation, vendor coordination, rollout, and completion tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Distribution, Quality, Medical, Legal, etc.) to ensure business practices align with Compliance SOPs.
  • Prepare and maintain regular MIS reports and dashboards to monitor compliance activities and program effectiveness
