We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Marketing & Engagement Lead to shape the next phase of DOCFLIX’s journey.
Location: Corporate Office – Okhla Phase III, Delhi
Department: Digital Marketing
Qualification: MBA in Marketing / Digital Marketing
Experience: 3+ years in pharma/healthcare digital or brand marketing
Platforms Experience: HiDoc, Clirnet, Doceree, Curofy (HCP/patient-focused)
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute omnichannel digital strategies across HCP platforms, email, WhatsApp, SEO/SEM, and display ads.
- Align digital initiatives with brand and business objectives.
- Create impactful, compliant content for HCPs and healthcare audiences.
- Optimize customer journeys across web, chatbot, landing pages, and campaign platforms.
- Lead chatbot design, performance monitoring, and NLP-based optimization across WhatsApp and web.
- Track and report KPIs including traffic, engagement, bounce rate, conversions, and ROI.
- Build dashboards and generate insights for data-driven decision-making.
- Manage budgets and ensure campaigns meet brand and regulatory standards.
- Use IQVIA and similar tools to translate prescription and sales data into digital strategies.
- Present monthly and quarterly performance reports to senior leadership.
Key Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HCP engagement, patient education, and pharmacy/retailer enablement.
- Hands-on expertise with GA/GA4, Excel, BI tools, marketing automation, and CRM.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp ecosystems, SEO/SEM, and content strategy.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
