Job Description

1- Coach FLMs to build strong leadership, communication, and execution capabilities through regular field support.

2- Identify training needs using field insights, structured assessments, and business discussions.

3-Design and deliver impactful modules tailored to business goals and adult learning principles.

4-Collaborate with Sales Leadership to ensure training is practical, aligned with market realities, and drives performance.

5- Evaluate training impact using feedback and performance metrics, while promoting digital learning and reinforcing Mankind’s people values.
