Job Specification:

Designation: Mnager / Senior Manager- Medical Content Writer
Department: Digital Marketing
Reporting to: Head, Digital Marketing
Location: Delhi
Qualification: MBBS/MDS/any relevant full-time medical degree.
Experience: Minimum 8–10 years in relevant functional area, strictly from pharmaceutical industry domain. 

 

Key Skills & Mandate:
• Strong understanding of medical content
• Experience in content strategy development
• Background in pharma, publishing, medical communications, or edtech content
• Ability to manage KOLs and build networks
• Strong project management and multitasking skills
• Ideate and create content aligned with marketing ROI
• Ensure timely delivery and manage bottlenecks

 

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strategic content to inform, inspire, and engage customers
• Oversee content creation from ideation to publication; maintain content calendars and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Conduct research and analyze customer & marketing needs to guide content strategy
• Plan content structure, including curation from journals, conferences, HCP discussions, and online platforms
• Utilize AI tools efficiently without over-reliance 
• Monitor content performance using analytics; recommend improvements
• Track conferences and suggest therapy-based content opportunities
• Coordinate with Marketing & Field teams for effective KOL engagement
• Build partnerships with content leaders and aggregators
• Stay updated on SEO, content trends, and consumer behavior
• Promote published content for better visibility
• Maintain project calendars and flag delays
• Oversee new content channel development and launches
• Share timestamps for relevant social media content
