Job Description

• To do sampling of daily water samples, sterile water for Injection, raw materials and maintain related documents.
• To do sampling related activities and maintain related documents.
  To monitor the temperature and humidity in Quality Control department, sampling area and maintain related documents.
• To do analysis of raw materials, wash water/swab samples, bulk samples, and sterile water for injection and maintain related documents.
• To do preparation of volumetric solution, buffer solution, reagent solution, indicator solution and maintain related documents.
• Standardization of volumetric solutions and maintain related documents.
• Operation of TOC, pH meter, Conductivity meter, Refractometer, Polarimeter, UV Cabinet, Precision oven, water bath, analytical/ Semi-micro/micro balance, melting point apparatus, Milli-Q system, Sonicator, and maintain related documents.
• Calibration of TOC, pH meter, Conductivity meter, Refractometer, Polarimeter, UV Cabinet, Precision over, water bath, analytical/ micro/ semi-micro balance, melting point apparatus, and maintain related documents.
• To perform analysis of raw materials, bulk samples, water analysis, sterile water for injection and related documents in SAP system.
